ABOUT ME

Hello, I am Kerstine,

mother of three living in the Adelaide Hills.

I birthed all of my babies at home in very different, very powerful ways.

Those births showed me how much wisdom women already carry within and how powerful we actually are.

I was born and raised in Germany with Bulgarian roots, and now live in Gumeracha in the Adelaide Hills with my husband and our children.

My mother gifted me one of the greatest blessings: the understanding that birth is not something to fear, but one of the most beautiful and powerful experiences a woman can have.

My own four pregnancies and three home births showed me how strong my body truly is and how deeply birth can initiate a woman into her power, love and connection.

Over the last ten years, as I have walked the path of motherhood and listened to many women’s birth stories, I have also heard countless experiences of fear, confusion and trauma, especially in hospital settings.

Hearing this has given me a clear purpose: to support women to feel encouraged in pregnancy, informed about their options and deeply trusting of their own capacity to birth.

I’m not here to tell you what you “should” do.

I’m here to walk beside you and gently guide you back to your own centre, so you can follow your innate wisdom and make choices that feel true in your body, your heart and your family.
